As a counsellor I would like to journey alongside you, to try to understand your world, to help you identify what holds you back, and to discover ways of being that are more in tune with what you need.
I would love to share my experience, strength, optimism and professional knowledge in the unwavering hope that you will walk free from the chains of addiction, or whatever it is that is holding you back from living a happy, fulfilling life.
I am a CBT-E Practitioner and this therapeutic approach is more effective than the leading alternative psychological treatments for adults with eating disorders.
I am on the BACP Expert Panel for Eating Disorders and have spoken about this subject matter at many of their conferences.
I am also a Beat Media Volunteer, sharing their vision that eating disorders can and will be beaten.

I am a qualified Counsellor (MBACP), Psychological Therapist, CBT-E Practitioner and author. I have spent many years working with clients within the NHS, Private and Independent sector. The way I work depends very much on the client’s needs. However, I am able to offer a variety of therapeutic techniques.
I am also an ex-International athlete & therefore appreciate the joy a healthy body can provide. I have a holistic view of life; mind and body function together, not in isolation.
