- Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) providing support and practical advice on issues that might be impacting employee well-being and performance
- Sporting Chance – providing support to current and retired professional athletes

Age range:
I work with individuals in emerging adulthood (18-29) upwards. I will consider supporting those in mid-adolescence (16+) and make my decision on a case-by-case basis so don’t hesitate to contact me to enquire.
Professional Approach
I receive regular supervision for my work, in line with BACP guidelines, and work within their ethical framework. I possess full professional liability insurance and I am fully DBS-checked. I keep clinical notes in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and I am registered with the ICO; my registration is ZA340051. When conducting online therapy I use platforms which are GDPR-compliant. In terms of continuing professional development, I attend numerous courses and conferences annually to ensure that I remain a competent, well-informed and effective counsellor.
